Victor J. Dumé – Managing Attorney
Victor J. Dumé is the Managing Attorney at Dumé Law Group in West New York, New Jersey. He earned his B.A. in Management from Rutgers University–Newark and his J.D. from New York Law School.
Victor leads a dynamic practice built on more than two decades of his family’s dedication to serving immigrant communities. Since his family’s immigration practice was founded in 2003 by Managing Partner Marilyn Labrada Dumé, it has grown to serve thousands of clients across New Jersey, becoming a trusted resource for families, workers, and individuals navigating the complexities of U.S. immigration law.
Victor has represented hundreds of young immigrants in Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) matters, while also handling a wide range of cases including asylum, family-based petitions, waivers, removal defense, and naturalization. Fluent in English and Spanish, he is known for his hands-on approach and works closely with clients to ensure they feel supported, informed, and empowered throughout their case.
Under his leadership, Dumé Law Group continues to expand its reach and impact, providing immigrant communities with the advocacy and stability they need to build secure futures in the United States.
