Victor F. Dumé is the financial manager at Dumé Law Group. He manages the firm's accounting and client billing services. Mr. Dumé earned a Bachelor of Science degree with majors in Finance and Accounting from Universidad Dominicana O&M in 1980. He has over 35 years of business administration experience.
